I was the inaugural in-house designer at one of Uplight’s core acquisitions (Agentis). There I redesigned the core product while laying the groundwork for developing a product design organization. Within a year, my team doubled in size. Soon after, I played a pivotal role in our merger and integration with our biggest competitor.
